They trick you by adding items to your order when you think you are changing your order, then refuse to cancel the order when you call right away. I had to contact my credit company to cancel payment. The evil company pretends to check and cancel an order, drags their feet, then says it is too late, the order is shipped. If you say you will refuse the shipment, they threaten you. HQ is in Lithuania, which should be a good country.

Ad on Facebook said Hay for sale. I sent message and thru the chat received information and verify references. Bought a Apple gft card in the amount of purchase because would not deliver hay unless paid upfront. Once information from card was given, lost contact with the seller. Did not receive the hay

The original cost was to be $39.95 with shipping and sales taxes. Which was not calculated by seller until purchase was made. I saw that the cost was higher due to the sales taxes being $11.68 along with a hidden fee of .80 for insurance. The sales taxes should’ve only been $3.30 at Texas .825 % . I tried to cancel the order the next day but they said it was already shipped. I reached out to PayPal to dispute the order and received the tax and insurance back but not the full payment amount. The item arrived 3 weeks later only to be the wrong size and color. Disputed it again with the company and PayPal only to be asked to give it to someone else and accept $8. PayPal told me the item was “close enough “ in description for them to deny my claim. The seller has ceased correspondence with me as of February 15, 2025.

I don't have solid proof but it feels very suspicious. 1. The WhatsApp profile name was Melissa Edwards while the person introduced themselves as Diana. 2. When I asked where they obtained my contact info or work profile, they responded ,"We work withanh agencies like JobStreet, LinkedIn and we got your contact through them". When I pointed out I didn't use my WhatsApp number for job application or profiles, they avoided it. 3. I ordered a Mystery Box from the website and was charged by credit card immediately. Over two months later I have not received the item. I have tried contacting the business multiple times with no success.
